Tom was the “Loan Originator of the Year” for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 for Mortgage Warehouse. He currently holds the most individual company records and is the most tenured employee with Mortgage Warehouse.
Thomas Cerbo has over 30 years of full time work experience. His first career was with the Kroger Corporation where he worked 25 years and eventually retired in 2004.
Professional Experience
In October of 2004, Tom started working as a loan originator for Mortgage Warehouse in Louisville, KY. His customer service background has helped him become very successful as a Senior Loan Originator. Tom holds the record for most loans closed for Mortgage Warehouse.
Education
Along with meeting all licensing requirements, Tom has completed over 100 hours of continuing education in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida. Tom graduated from Ballard High School in Louisville and attended the University of Louisville where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Business. He graduated in May of 2000 making the Dean’s list every semester.
