Rachelle joined Mortgage Warehouse in September 2020 serving as a Loan Officer Assistant.

Rachelle has had a variety of work experience including the mortgage industry, judicial system, and customer service. Her work ethic, passion for helping people, and commitment to providing accurate and efficient services for her customers are among the value traits she contributes to the Mortgage Warehouse team.

Rachelle is married with three school-age children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Traveling is also on the top of her list with the beach being her favorite destination.

Toni joined Mortgage Warehouse in 2020 and currently serves as an assistant to the Executive Vice President, Mike Roberts. She is a Mortgage Loan Originator and completed her National S.A.F.E. mortgage exam in 2020. Toni also received her designation as an Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ from the College for Financial Planning in 2018.

With nearly thirteen years in the financial services industry and decades of customer relations and service experience, she is patient and attentive with immense focus on the details. She prides herself in always doing what is in the best interest of the customer and developing strong relationships, both personally and professionally.

Toni resides in SW Florida and in her free time enjoys interior design, fishing and relaxing on the beach with her husband, Chris. She also loves animals and spending time with her Labrador Retriever, Cash.

John Bollinger is a Senior Loan Originator at Mortgage Warehouse. John’s mission is to get to know the details of your individual situation in order to help you select the best mortgage terms to reach your goals. He is experienced in purchase and new construction loans as well as refinance transactions. John prides himself on getting loans closed on time and keeping his clients informed throughout the process. John has over 20 years of experience in lending, with over 15 years in mortgage origination.

His funding volume has exceeded $250 million. Before joining Mortgage Warehouse, John worked for one of the nation’s largest mortgage companies where he consistently received production awards within his office and region. With the changes in the mortgage industry, John increasingly found that the larger banks were unable to provide the level of service he wanted to deliver to his customers. In 2011, John joined Mortgage Warehouse to take advantage of the many benefits of on-site underwriting, processing and funding.

John has had extensive mortgage related training over the course his career. John has passed the National S.A.F.E. mortgage exam as well as Kentucky, Indiana and Florida specific exams. John attended Miami University of Ohio where he studied Business and Psychology. John currently holds mortgage licenses in Kentucky, Florida and Indiana.

Tom was the “Loan Originator of the Year” for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 for Mortgage Warehouse. He currently holds the most individual company records and is the most tenured employee with Mortgage Warehouse.

Thomas Cerbo has over 30 years of full time work experience. His first career was with the Kroger Corporation where he worked 25 years and eventually retired in 2004.

Professional Experience

In October of 2004, Tom started working as a loan originator for Mortgage Warehouse in Louisville, KY. His customer service background has helped him become very successful as a Senior Loan Originator. Tom holds the record for most loans closed for Mortgage Warehouse.

Education

Along with meeting all licensing requirements, Tom has completed over 100 hours of continuing education in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida. Tom graduated from Ballard High School in Louisville and attended the University of Louisville where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Business. He graduated in May of 2000 making the Dean’s list every semester.
