Lisa joined Mortgage Warehouse in 2021 as the Office Manager. She has multiple roles including Payroll, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, maintaining Customer Databases, as well as other responsibilities.
She started her career in the Retail Customer Service industry, then transitioned into working in the Finance and Real Estate sectors over 25 years ago. Lisa’s vast professional knowledge includes experience in retail management, loan processing, residential and commercial real estate sales, property appraisals, document quality control, and senior executive office administration.
Lisa graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Business Administration and a Minor in Psychology.
Originally from Rhode Island, she and her husband have lived in Florida for over 22 years. She has 2 adult children, 2 grandsons and a cat named Honey. Lisa enjoys going on outings and shopping with her grandkids, traveling, raising monarch butterflies, and entertaining with her family.
Chastity Welsh joined Mortgage Warehouse in September 2020 serving part-time as a Loan Processor Assistant.
Chastity has over 10 years of project management and sales experience with two major corporations based in Louisville; Brown & Williamson Tobacco and YUM Brands! Working with these two companies allowed her to expand sales and profits in an assigned geographical area, train sales employees and merchandisers, develop and execute sales strategies and hit target quotas for the brands she represented. She is excited to be working behind the scenes, bringing her business knowledge, attention to detail and work ethic to the mortgage industry.
Chastity attended Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio to complete her Masters degree in Business. Prior to that she attended the University of Kentucky where she studied marketing.
Chastity and her husband Adam are married with two school-age girls who keep them busy. She also volunteers with Hope Collaborative and mentors young children in the school system. She is an avid traveler, with a goal of getting her family to all of the states! Whenever possible, the family is hitting the road to discover new territories.
Lisa has been an integral part of our team from the beginning in 2003, mostly behind the scenes. In 2010, she took on a more active role helping oversee various aspects of the company such as compliance, event planning, marketing, and accounting.
In 2011, Lisa completed 20 hours of mortgage related continuing education courses to allow her to assist with processing when needed, however her primary responsibilities include oversight of all accounting activities including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable and post closing account reconciliation.
Lisa graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She has also earned her Master’s Degree at Georgetown College and a Master’s Degree at the University of Louisville.
Lisa and Scott are married with two sons. They currently reside in Fort Myers, Florida.
Stacy joined the Mortgage Warehouse team in December 2020 as a Mortgage Loan Processor. She brings 21 years of experience in business finance with her. Stacy has been in your shoes and knows the importance of communication and customer service, so she strives to bring you an excellent mortgage experience with Mortgage Warehouse.
When Stacy is not at work you will most likely find her at the softball field cheering on her daughter during high school and travel team games. Stacy loves nature and in her spare time she enjoys traveling and gardening.
Cindy joined our team at The Mortgage Warehouse in July 2012. Her primary responsibility is preparing closing packages and funding all of our loans. She works closely with the closing agent to ensure complete accuracy throughout the closing process. Cindy also helps out in other areas in processing and post-closing as needed.
Cindy’s experience in the lending industry spans more than 30 years, starting as a cashier at a local finance company. In 1991 she migrated to the mortgage industry as a processor with a mortgage banker. Her excellent work ethic was rewarded with a promotion to Processing Supervisor where she managed the daily responsibilities of five employees.
Throughout her career Cindy has taken loans from pre-approval all the way to funding, working with loan originators to meet crucial deadlines while making sure documentation is accurate and complies with company, State and Federal laws. She is proficient with several software programs including Byte, Calyx Point, DocMagic, Docuprep and Desk Top Underwriter.
