Lisa joined Mortgage Warehouse in 2021 as the Office Manager. She has multiple roles including Payroll, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, maintaining Customer Databases, as well as other responsibilities.

Professional Experience

She started her career in the Retail Customer Service industry, then transitioned into working in the Finance and Real Estate sectors over 25 years ago. Lisa’s vast professional knowledge includes experience in retail management, loan processing, residential and commercial real estate sales, property appraisals, document quality control, and senior executive office administration.

Education

Lisa graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Business Administration and a Minor in Psychology.

Family

Originally from Rhode Island, she and her husband have lived in Florida for over 22 years. She has 2 adult children, 2 grandsons and a cat named Honey. Lisa enjoys going on outings and shopping with her grandkids, traveling, raising monarch butterflies, and entertaining with her family.

Chastity Welsh joined Mortgage Warehouse in September 2020 serving part-time as a Loan Processor Assistant.

Professional Experience

Chastity has over 10 years of project management and sales experience with two major corporations based in Louisville; Brown & Williamson Tobacco and YUM Brands! Working with these two companies allowed her to expand sales and profits in an assigned geographical area, train sales employees and merchandisers, develop and execute sales strategies and hit target quotas for the brands she represented. She is excited to be working behind the scenes, bringing her business knowledge, attention to detail and work ethic to the mortgage industry.

Chastity attended Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio to complete her Masters degree in Business. Prior to that she attended the University of Kentucky where she studied marketing.

Chastity and her husband Adam are married with two school-age girls who keep them busy. She also volunteers with Hope Collaborative and mentors young children in the school system. She is an avid traveler, with a goal of getting her family to all of the states! Whenever possible, the family is hitting the road to discover new territories.

Business Development Representative

Lisa has played an integral role within our team since the beginning in 2003, doing behind-the-scenes work. Over the years she has carried out various aspects of the business, including event coordination, marketing strategies, post closing tasks, and financial operations. Lisa currently serves as a Business Development Representative. She is enthusiastic about creating strong networks and making a positive impact.

Education

Lisa graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She has also earned her Master’s Degree in Education at Georgetown College and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling at the University of Louisville.

Family

Lisa and Scott are married with two sons and a Havanese dog. They currently reside in Fort Myers, Florida, but have kept close ties to their Kentucky and Indiana roots. In addition to cheering on both of her sons in their sporting events, Lisa enjoys golfing, fishing, photography, yoga, and reading. She also stays actively involved in her church and community.

Stacy joined the Mortgage Warehouse team in December 2020 as a Mortgage Loan Processor. She brings 21 years of experience in business finance with her. Stacy has been in your shoes and knows the importance of communication and customer service, so she strives to bring you an excellent mortgage experience with Mortgage Warehouse.

When Stacy is not at work you will most likely find her at the softball field cheering on her daughter during high school and travel team games. Stacy loves nature and in her spare time she enjoys traveling and gardening.
